Absolute worst customer service compared to other branches. If I could have rated this branch with zero stars I would. This branch alone has made me want to close my account and open another one with another company. Stay away from this location and be prepared to be deeply disappointed. They have no skills in regards to their customer service and problem solving. I called them multiple times and they never pick up their phone. US Bank always provides excellent service. Sometimes short staffed but the personnel are trained and well informed. Overall a great bank.
