This branch deserves zero stars. I set an appointment, showed up on time and waited 20 minutes! There's no respect for customers time.
I don’t know why US bank doesn’t have front desk anymore? You have to go to banker’s desk to deposit the check. Not happy with it.
Worst bank branch service I have ever experienced. You’d better try online customer support first rather than walking into this branch!
My recent and very FIRST visit to this branch was an absolute nightmare, and frankly, a deeply upsetting display of unprofessionalism and potential discrimination. I walked in, account details in hand, ready to withdraw funds from an account I'd just opened the day before - totally normal, right?
