Extremely poor service went to cash checks from a client of this bank. It was told I had to pay service charge of seven dollars per check for them to cash them. I explained that I had trouble with this individual checks not being good in the past and they would not give me the information of if there was money available in their account. I am writing this because, for the first time in my life, I truly feel the need to leave a negative review. I have been a US Bank customer for years, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. On a Wednesday afternoon, I went to the branch to inquire about applying for a new credit card.
