I have to say that I had an amazing banker who’s name is Jose Ruiz helped me through my financial troubles and should more then be promoted!!!!
I've been banking here for 7 years. Like the gentleman said in another review, it's like walking into a prison. Nora was extremely rude, and looks miserable being there. She makes me feel uncomfortable.

When US Bank was small in Albertsons every staff person knew you by name. Since taking over union bank, the small bank feeling is no longer there. I miss the extended hours as well. They used to be open til 7 weekdays and even had decent hours on Saturdays and Sundays. Now close at 5 Mon thru Friday and open a few hours on Saturday. I also have an acct at Pacific Premier bank and no matter how big they have gotten still treat you like a hometown bank. Their ATM is always breaking down. I’ve deposited money and checks and as soon as it takes the money it goes out. The machine doesn’t return the money and tells you you need to call customer service. The people at the bank can’t help because it’s related to the atm so you have call and the process is forever. It’s happen to me twice and it’s horrible
