Talk about ignoring customers, walk into the bank today sat in the waiting area to see a agent, made eye contact with one that was doing nothing but chatting away with another, Neither agent approached us as we waited, Lady walks in fills out a deposit slip and agent walks up to her and takes her off to a cubicle and helps her, 5 more minutes pass now being here for a good 10 minutes waiting, the other agent continues to ignore us as we sit here, knowing we are here. Very good service
Horrible customer service. Teller was dismissive and rude. She was unable to help us change our address, said we needed to do it on our phones. When my phone was showing an error she still wouldn’t help. Gave no sympathy for not being able to help us and instead started making political comments about the governor then insulted us by laughing and saying “lesson learned, hahaha just kidding” as if joking about not being able to help us was an appropriate response.
