Great bank customer service is outstanding.
I just signed up with this Bank a couple of weeks ago, I absolutely love it!!! The people there are really kind and very helpful and I even get free hot chocolate or water!! 😁
Excellent customer service. No nuisances. No need for ID to make a credit card payment. The Arcadia branch on Foothill Blvd refuses to take payments to credit cards if you don't want to show them your ID. Refuse them, go to the El Monte branch. There's a privacy matter here. There's no need for the problematic branch in Arcadia to infiltrate into your State identification number. Cut off the identity thieves at the source.
