Rude, prejudice, unfriendly staff, so we decided to open an account at Desco instead.
Branch manager was rude and unapologetic regarding a situation with my account, with 4 years of health problems and finally going back to work and then having my health get bad again my account is not one that receives a lot of deposits and apparently that is a good reason to be rude, not enough funds for them to care about.
Long time US Bank customer...went here to get a simple title notarized for a vehicle. The teller offered to notarize it but had no idea what she was doing. The information that needed to be filled out wasn't, and there were sections that were filled out that weren't supposed to be. That was two weeks ago, and I still haven't been able to use the vehicle as I'm waiting on a corrected form from the seller. Avoid notary services here at all costs.
