I spent over two hours trying to open an account after being told the process would only take about an hour. Then I waited three weeks, only to be told I had to come back to the branch again. Originally, I was assured that the rest of the account setup could be completed online. When I called the bank for updates, I was repeatedly told someone would call me back. Friendly and efficient
Poorly designed. Nightmare to get in and out of this branch. You can only enter via South Blvd toward East just past the fire station. Then everyone sitting at this extremely busy intersection can you see you pulling cash out.
Best banking experience ever! Came in to discuss options for my small business, walked out with open accounts, plan for merchant services, and more knowledge than I thought I’d ever get from a branch! Team was fantastic in answering questions I had and asking about things I hadn’t thought to care about for the business. Well done!
