Halah was fantastic! As a younger man most of my banking has been online. As such, going in person to a bank can be nerve racking and I often find myself ill-prepared. Halah was so fantastically nice, unjudgmental, and genuinely helpful. Too often I feel shamed for what I do not know. Halah made me feel welcome and like we were striving for the same goal. 10/10 would reccomend Halah for younger customers.
Had an excellent experience at US Bank. Halah was AMAZING to work with, and she happily went the extra mile to help me out with a complex problem. If you visit this branch, you should definitely ask for Halah.
This review is a little late....but before I moved, I went in to get some final items resolved and was helped by Velia Berrellez. I actually came in 2x in about 30 days, and she helped me both times. She was so nice and very thorough with her explanations. I chose US Bank because I was doing so much there for my company. I stay with them because of these types of interactions.
