My faith in this branch was renewed after meeting Jamie. After three visits trying to get a simple task handled, Jamie finally took the time to listen, help, and get it done. I’ve been frustrated over the years with local U.S. Bank branches and ATMs closing near me, and it can feel like there are extra rules every time I actually make it into a branch. Jamie’s kindness, patience, and willingness to help made a big difference, and I’m grateful for the care shown.
Halah was fantastic! As a younger man most of my banking has been online. As such, going in person to a bank can be nerve racking and I often find myself ill-prepared. Halah was so fantastically nice, unjudgmental, and genuinely helpful. Too often I feel shamed for what I do not know. Halah made me feel welcome and like we were striving for the same goal. 10/10 would reccomend Halah for younger customers.
