I came in is this particular payroll check has the US Bank logo printed on its face and wanted to personally ask confirm if the funds were immediately available upon deposit to my US Bank account. I will now prefer this location over the Milpitas branch, a poor customer service delivery experience at the Milpitas branch.

My first time at this location during a walk-in non appointment basis to deposit a payroll check on a typical Friday afternoon. I am used to standing in front of the counter with pin pad next to you interacting with teller behind glass. Not the case during this visit representative David was helpful invited me to sit down at his desk station only after addressing another customer who arrived before me though customer kindly stated having completed banking business but was arranging his uber ride instead. I visited this branch today because I had a problem with my SKYPASS Visa card payment. Brittany warmly welcomed me and contacted the headquarters IT team by phone to resolve the issue. It was a problem I couldn’t fix on my own, but thanks to Brittany, it was resolved quickly. I am very grateful to Brittany.
