I went to this branch to transfer money to another account. The service is just excellent: fast, knowledgeable, cover all the details. Thank you, Juan Dulos! Outstanding!
Terrible customer service. Only needed to deposit some money and was told to take a seat and wait. 15 minutes later still no tellers. Would not recommend. This would never happen at my local branch in Liberty MO.
This US Bank branch is conveniently located and has a large parking area. A cool perk is that it has a drive-through teller so if you’re on the go and don’t have time to stop in, you can easily get ATM needs immediately. The entrance/exit is secured with a metal detector and has handicap buttons for anyone with additional needs. I was able to make a deposit at one of the banker’s desks rather than at the teller window which was new, but also convenient and fast.
