Edit: I would like to change my review. US Bank contacted me immediately after posting the review. Their customer service was great every step of the way. I spoke to three representatives before one was able to call me back and tell me they were going to honor the bonus. I will be a customer of US Bank again, I just wouldn’t use the Babbitt or Virginia branches due to poor management and poor customer resolution.
