Horrible customer service I’ve been a member for 15 years and I closed my accounts after moving to the AV and having experienced this. The tellers and mgr are extremely unprofessional they literally threw paperwork at me and told me to leave because they’re done “helping me” they confiscated my CDL which I use for work for 2 hours and refused to return it so I can go to work which is probably illegal but they don’t care, I’ve never had this kind of experience ANYWHERE after being as understanding and nice to them as possible... read more
Talking to a teller by name seems to be impossible. Your tape gets on my nerves.
