I love this bank ! They notify me every time something is done on my account the tellers are always friendly and helpful

They gave me an old $100.00, bill with stains. I came back and they refused to exchange it. Horrible customer service.
For sure didn't want to help me open account. Said 1 hour wait just sit and wait..just to be called. What a joke for reals he said just sit and wait. I said no ain't got time. He relied good. Like as if he knew I was leaving. Real classy. NOT DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I GUESS U NEED AN APPOINTMENT EVEN WHEN THEY HAVE NO ONE REALY INSODE. WHAT A JOKE TRULY

From the beginning of the interaction, the Branch Manager Sador Zoda appeared uninterested and distracted, which made me feel that my time and business were not valued.
