For sure didn't want to help me open account. Said 1 hour wait just sit and wait..just to be called. What a joke for reals he said just sit and wait. I said no ain't got time. He relied good. I visited this branch to open a business account and was very disappointed with the level of customer service. From the beginning of the interaction, the Branch Manager Sador Zoda appeared uninterested and distracted, which made me feel that my time and business were not valued. Could you keep pan handlers out the drive thru, that's to get money not to give it away. Very uncomfortable for customers.
