Could you keep pan handlers out the drive thru, that's to get money not to give it away. Very uncomfortable for customers.
Shout out to "Jamir Walker" for the assistance on obtaining my new u.s bank card. He was helpful/respectful.
I just opened a new checking account but I did it over the phones and online account. The guy I talked to was very professional and courteous. If I asked a question, he took the time to explain the answer completely, then moved on to finish opening the account we started. He made it very clear of what I needed to do to finalize the application. Even reminded me to ask about the promotion they were running that I qualified for. Wish I remembered his name, he deserves to be acknowledged compensated.
I had a bad experience with the Maneger went today 12/24 trying to open a bank account at 10:30 am and he said that they didn’t have time to open a new account , picture this the bank had only 2 other people trying to cashed checks he said it with an attitude. He send us to another branch .
Just walked in the door and asked a question about my fathers account and the bank manager is SO RUDE!!!! He needs some new training on how to speak to people!!!! I will never come to this bank again!! Just fyi go to the one Limonite and Hammer. They are great!!!!
