Would suggest using Bank of America - took forever to open a simple checking account - gave them everything requested - received card in the mail at local address - brought it in to show them I received it when a hold was put on my account. It’s obviously my address as I received the mail, they ensured me they would handle it, either with my local address or my Orange County address. That did not occur. Account closed without notice. The staff repeatedly gives incorrect information. They said if I took money out of a CD early I would have immediate access to it. Then when I took money out of the CD and tried to wire the money they said I had to wait a day. The teller issued a cashiers check because she could not figure out how to transfer the money directly from the CD to checking account but then when she deposited the cashier's check it put a pending status on it.
