The staff repeatedly gives incorrect information. They said if I took money out of a CD early I would have immediate access to it. Then when I took money out of the CD and tried to wire the money they said I had to wait a day. The teller issued a cashiers check because she could not figure out how to transfer the money directly from the CD to checking account but then when she deposited the cashier's check it put a pending status on it.
