I have had fraud and Becky Zamora at this branch pretends like she is helping me but she is not- i have even tried to cancel some of the disputes but the branch keeps locking me out of my own account-
After over 20 years of banking with US Bank, I discovered a fraud in my checking account. The Bank is refusing to accept liability for this $953.63 fraudulent check. Sign me infuriated and appalled.
The staff are very friendly and efficient, put a smile on my face every time I visit.
