Dreadful experience, had to go to this location because it's the closest to us, 3 people at the counter, one flirting for 10 minutes with a out of touch customer who was oblivious to people waiting and couldn't care less if they waited or not, while the 2nd person kept a private phone conversation pretending her was busy, the third person looking at both pretending to be involved, bottom line I stood up waiting for all this for over 10 minutes with no apologies no regards whatsoever for my time. Ordered a gift card with my rewards points on 12/2/2025. Did not receive the gift card by 1/4/2026, so they began an investigation. It is now 2/13/2026 and there has been ZERO updates. They stole money from me and refuse to make it right. Absolutely unethical practices at this bank. Do not recommend to anyone.
Great staff here, took care of my request and they have ample parking, coffee, and restrooms, love it!

Well I live in Davidson co. Lexington NC. And the closest us bank is 50 miles away !! Not to convenient...gotta drive an hr. Just to cash a check someone gave me drawn from this company.
