I used an atm here, my card was declined but was still charged with the full withdrawal amount now I need to file a claim with my bank and wait 45 days to get the money back. This is either a scam or a serious problem with the atm
I cannot access my US bank checking or savings accounts online, have been locked out of my accounts by US BANK, I tried to transfer a mature CD today and it took the funds out of the CD, added them to my checking account - gave NO transfer confirmation or proof, then gave me an error message saying there was a problem with the transfer and it didn't happen. Went to open a new account, dude tells me wait because there was other people waiting behind me and someone will be right with me. Yeah right, I left...opened the account online and went back in to register my phone number. Very rude customer service, manager did nothing about it. But the lady who helped me was very nice.
Always very helpful and the staff is amazing. Everybody is professional and you can tell they know what they are doing. Best bank by far
