I left the bank after waiting in line for almost ten minutes. There were two other customers ahead of me and one behind me. One teller was servicing a customer while she was on the phone. Three other employees were in the bank and not one acknowledged the customers in line. It was as if we were all being ignored. This NEVER happened before the US Bank purchase. Such disregard for customers reflects poor oversight by the branch manager. Hopefully customer service will improve.
