I was with Union bank before it was US Bank and some of the employees have been there a long time. I love that they remember faces and are always so efficient and welcoming. This brand is the best and even when they are busy move pretty quickly. Always a smile also. Especially Austin, he was at my last bank way on the other side of town. Clovis suits him he is excellent at customer service.
