The one outside ATM is slower and has more issues than atm's in the 80's had. When receieving a credit from any vendor, it takes 5 days for the funds to post back to your account. My last complaint, for now is, if you call the 800 number and ask about a change machine, they will tell you that "almost every US bank has one".
branch manager is extremely unhelpful. As a longtime customer, his customer service has been very poor. The Pacific Grove branch is very good. I will only be working with them from now on.
Customer service is great at this place..the manager ,Ms Borges ,and Ms speed give an exceptional service.
Horrible, incompetent, cold uncomfortable service. The girl with long blonde hair should not be there. She made a mistake and she didn’t apologize for her coldness and incompetency. It’s like walking into a funeral home.
