We left and opened our accounts at Chase Bank. The inside of this US Bank is very nice! Very open with nice decor. The bank was empty of customers. We spoke to a person (female) about opening a checking & savings account. She was rather unfriendly & said we'd have to make an appointment. She said she was waiting for her next appointment. We asked about the location on North Munras, she gave us the phone number rather than calling. We called th number she gave us & no one answered. The staff is friendly & very helpful.
The one outside ATM is slower and has more issues than atm's in the 80's had. When receieving a credit from any vendor, it takes 5 days for the funds to post back to your account. My last complaint, for now is, if you call the 800 number and ask about a change machine, they will tell you that "almost every US bank has one".
branch manager is extremely unhelpful. As a longtime customer, his customer service has been very poor. The Pacific Grove branch is very good. I will only be working with them from now on.
