I come to this bank on Munras often and the one in Salinas both banks staff personnel are great it a mother & daughter dual …..I appreciate their hard work I never have a problem with my deposits or with their customers service they are great I have a caregiving agency and come once a week to do deposit and I never have a problem great staff if the Monterey office would be open on Saturday I would not have to drive to Salinas .
The worst customer service and unprofessionalism ever. This branch location needs to be shut down.
Why only 1 teller working? Went in just to make a deposit on my luch but couldn't. The teller was so slow & talking so much with the guy ahead of me who was only making a deposit I couldn't wait any longer & had to leave. Not the 1st time. Sooo frustrating this bank!

Branch Manager was unprofessional and the New Accounts was just as bad. Did not know what they were talking about giving misinformation and bad service.
