Went in to cash a union check and teller Jesse Rodriguez denied cashing it. He cited I need to get a hold of the accounts owner for verification, that’s his job to do not mine. Bank teller Jesse Rodriguez should get more training done. So I went down the street to the closest Union Bank and they cashed the check in less than 3 minutes. I recommend going to the Union Bank on Chapman avenue instead. They know how to do their job there.

Very nice and excellent customer service. ATM is always full service and feels safe. Bank building is beautiful and safe. The parking lot is full size and enough space.
