Went in to cash a union check and teller Jesse Rodriguez denied cashing it. He cited I need to get a hold of the accounts owner for verification, that’s his job to do not mine. Bank teller Jesse Rodriguez should get more training done. So I went down the street to the closest Union Bank and they cashed the check in less than 3 minutes. I recommend going to the Union Bank on Chapman avenue instead. They know how to do their job there.
