Ordered a gift card with my rewards points on 12/2/2025. Did not receive the gift card by 1/4/2026, so they began an investigation. It is now 2/13/2026 and there has been ZERO updates. They stole money from me and refuse to make it right. Absolutely unethical practices at this bank. Do not recommend to anyone.
Very bad customer service and bad management
They are very unhelpful. They will send you an offer letter just to run your credit , then leave you in limbo with no answers
This Bank tried to charge me over 7 to 9 hundred dollars in overdraft fees, because Apple had some 2.99 charges on my account for thing ,I never paid attention to and when I noticed it , I brought it to there attention, I really think they got upset with me, because they had to refund all those overdraft fees, and months later they Closed my savings account, and told me due to fraud nevertheless this savings account was only in case I had a overdraft I can take money from savings to cover it. Last year when there was only one branch in town it was uptown and I ended up closing my account and some how they never really did closed it One day someone called me about a balance Around $45 and it was than when I found out About it long story short that person said it was waved away but to feel freed to come back and open another account when ever I Needed to.
