As a small business owner, I recently visited the University branch to inquire about opening a new business account. Although the branch was not busy, the staff seemed unsure regarding appointment availability, and the process to schedule an appointment took ten minutes. As an existing personal account holder, I expected a more efficient experience. I do not want this kind of bank handling my business transactions. I choose to stick with my other bank.
If i could give zero star i would. Went in there cash the us bank check, the girl teller seem to be judging me as a fraud.after i gave me my us bank bussines debit card, then she said bank dont have enough 8000. . I then offer deposit 5000 in to my bussiness card and withdraw 3000. She still said bank dont have enough cash. I went to all the judging , verify process and walk out with zero money. The manager need to get fire, as other review said
This particular branch feels like home!! Imani is GREAT with her customer service skills. She is very thorough and knowledgeable about what the bank has to offer. Marquita will just have tou laughing all day. HIGHLY recommend this branch if you need anything...
