Absolutely worst staff in the history of banks. Everyone should be fired and replaced. I wouldn’t recommend this bank or branch to an enemy.
Ordered a gift card with my rewards points on 12/2/2025. Did not receive the gift card by 1/4/2026, so they began an investigation. It is now 2/13/2026 and there has been ZERO updates. They stole money from me and refuse to make it right. Absolutely unethical practices at this bank. Do not recommend to anyone.
Very bad customer service and bad management
They are very unhelpful. They will send you an offer letter just to run your credit , then leave you in limbo with no answers
