I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received at this U.S. Bank branch. I visited the branch to withdraw money from my checking account. I understood that although the funds were showing in my account, they were still pending and would not be available until the next business day. That part was understandable. Ordered a gift card with my rewards points on 12/2/2025. Did not receive the gift card by 1/4/2026, so they began an investigation. It is now 2/13/2026 and there has been ZERO updates. They stole money from me and refuse to make it right. Absolutely unethical practices at this bank. Do not recommend to anyone.
