Good service from this bank branch while I was at Laney College during some research for classes at the college. I liked that it is located within the student service building, right next to the cafeteria. Location is convenient when I am in the neighborhood of Laney and Chinatown Oakland. The service representative was helpful and smiling, which made the experience visiting this branch more enjoyable.
