Chad in the business department was very helpful and efficient in the recent opening of a new account. We’ve used US Bank for years and have always been satisfied with the level of customer service.
Not very impressed with the vault & branch manager Yoon's directives on customer service and satisfaction. Had a single mutilated bill to swap out and as a long time customer was told no. Her choice to not serve customer needs will be remembered.
