Poor customer service waited in line only one teller was working the other two just talking and not helping no one out.
So I'm leaving this review because this is not my go to bank. However Maria Delluchi, she made my Christmas by helping me out with a personal loan to pay off my credit card at half of the interest. Not only did she recommend it but helped me through the whole process the whole time with a smile on her face! Theresa also helped out with a few papers n with the wifi 4 my bank app. These 2 ladies not only helped me out but put a smile on my face. I went into this bank 3 weeks ago trying to withdraw $3000 from my account, I’m a black man with locs and I had on a t shirt. I gave the worker my ID, my card and the pass code. This lady goes into my account telling about things that I already knew, but had nothing to do with my withdrawal. The worker tells me she has to speak with her manager about my withdrawal.
