Stellar! The staff at this branch are helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind.
Easily the worst branch on the peninsula. The ladies working there barely know how to do their job if they even get around to helping you. Been going here for years and they still are clueless today was the last straw I will never go here again I’ll drive to woodside every single time before I ever experience the awful service and unintelligent employees of this location again. Absolutely awful every time I go inside. Horrible branch
Poor customer service waited in line only one teller was working the other two just talking and not helping no one out.
So I'm leaving this review because this is not my go to bank. However Maria Delluchi, she made my Christmas by helping me out with a personal loan to pay off my credit card at half of the interest. Not only did she recommend it but helped me through the whole process the whole time with a smile on her face! Theresa also helped out with a few papers n with the wifi 4 my bank app. These 2 ladies not only helped me out but put a smile on my face.
