Luisa is incredible, she helped me cash my check even though I hadn’t been a customer in a while. She is great!
Went in to get foreign currency, and was told by the bank teller Angel, that the funds would be overnighted by fed ex. Asked again to confirm and was reassured that it would be available next day. I came in at the end of the next day and was told that it wasn’t available yet, when I asked why? US Bank has destroyed my life they have neglected my account from the very beginning and their try to cover up their own mistakes and they don't investigate fraud claims properly be careful I would not open an account with US Bank if I were you I'm just completely overwhelmed and by the end of this I'm sure that I will get justice US Bank feels like Twilight zone it doesn't feel like a real bank they do not retreat their customers with respect and you're not explain to you why they do not release funds and they treat you lik... read more
Victor, the branch manager was kind patient and compassionate in dealing with a very complex situation. He may never even see this review, but if anyone with any level of authority does they need to give this man proper credit and compensation for how much legwork he does on a regular basis.
