I wanted to open an account at this branch. I was told I have to wait five minutes mind you no lines at all... After waiting over 20 minutes I just left. I never leave reviews but the lack of customer service was unbelievable especially when I have banked with this bank in Vegas
Everyone was very nice and helpful
I went into the branch on Highland street in San Bernardino. I was helped by Christina. She helped me open an checking account. She was very helpful, polite, respectful. She's mentioned other accounts they offer & how each of them work & could benefit me, also which ones would be a better fit for me. Which I really appreciate all her input. In my opinion U.S. Bank, should be proud that they have Christina, who's a very efficient employee on their team.
