When I created the account with Union bank, the reps explained the terms and conditions accurately and everything was great. Then when they merged with US Bank, I decided to go in and speak with the Client Relationship Consultant at this branch. I asked him what I need to do to make sure I never incur any fees and he said not to worry, I will not be charged anything for the rest of the year and even after, I will only be charged if my balance is below a certain amount.
