Shout out to Carter at this US Bank branch. My son is on the spectrum and is obsessed with logos, one of which is US Bank. His aunt took him in for a quick visit to look at the big logo signs and Carter made them feel so welcomed and even gave my son a goodie bag filled with US Bank logo items (cup, water bottle, notebooks, zippered pouch, even a crossbody bag!) My son was so happy he lined everything up at home and was staring and smiling. Thank you Carter for making a little boy’s day infinitely better. Kindness rules!
