The old lady is very rude and there is no one to help in this branch.
I want to sincerely thank Christine Q. Hernandez at U.S. Bank for going above and beyond to help me obtain bank statements for my mother, who has dementia. Navigating these situations can be emotionally and administratively challenging, but Christine showed incredible patience, compassion, and professionalism throughout the process.
Usually when someone mentions a family member has passed, the normal response would be: "I'm sorry for your loss." Apparently, Jason couldn't be bothered to offer any condolences when I came in to inquire information about my recently deceased father's bank account. He just gave a blank stare and did not offer much help. We ended up going to the Clayton Road branch by TJ Maxx, and they were much more sympathetic and assisted us without any issues.
