Union was bad enough but US.. Just too many things.. Waiving checking account fee forever and now its doubled and not waived WITHOUT notification on an account of a fixed income auto deposit account REALLY UPDATE They have no waiver unless you deposit more money or "Elderly" NOT for the disabled getting much less than the "Elderly" Account will be closed ASAP
Had a 'zero fee' business account with a low balance. US Bank introduced fees and my account went $2 into the minus and got closed. It could not be reopened. So far so good. But when I wanted to open a new account the bank manager asked me why I did not open an account with one of their competitors. Then he told me that a guy named Oleg who handles business accounts would get back to me. But he never did. So I opened an account with their competitor who actually wanted my business. #Professional
Do not bank with US Bank. They closed my business checking account down same day no notice, and they wouldn’t tell me why.
I went to make a withdrawal at the ATM and they gave me a torn and useless bill, I went in to complain and they told me that I couldn't change it because it was very ugly and they gave it to me themselves, it's not fair to be honest, I will never go back to go
