As of recently I've had a bad experience in this location in which I had previously complained about with the manager from this branch today my experience was not the best as she made an excuse as in why I could not cash my check which made no sense I me r had their so called amount needed on my account in order to cash my checks. Always was joyed to come to our local union bank. Great service all around. The merge to US Bank has caused nothing but trouble, and problems with their products. Unhelpful, and condescending new management. Do better.
While on vacation we needed to withdraw funds from our US Bank account, Rodolfo Saldana went over and above to handle our requests. Thanks Rodolfo!
