Wow; after seeing all the horrible review about Mrs. Shiva, I have to be the one who says that she has always treated me with the utmost courtesy. I've never had any issues with the staff; quite the opposite, I am pleased to say that the whole branch staff are positive minded people! I also want to note that the bank is always upkept! This is the worse bank ever to open a business account with ever !!! Im new to los angeles want to open my own shoe distribution location forget the banker name but he was kind and motivating to me start my own business opened my account and left town and came back to visit stopped and went to the bank cause login wasnt working on app , i choose to go in there with athletic wear totally different from me going in the first time. im not the one to pull the race card but out of nowhere all of a sudden they want to close my acc... read more
Richard Alexander is a rude person. He is the branch manager and he is very very rude. Have been a customer for twenty years, will change my bank because of him.
Worst experience ever. I normally dont even leave reviews but this has to be noted that Shiva, the bank teller coerced me into opening up and reserve overdraft account by making me think that it was just overdraft option. She made me sign a pad without explaning and I only found out that it was a separate account because my credit showed an inquiry. I get that they need to have customers open accounts but this is dam near a scam. I dont even need this and if there is overdraft, I usually get a notice by text or email. Comple... read more
