**Update** Decided to try going in as walk-in. Got helped right away. The seats were finally cleaned(sort of). The business banker came out and greeted me, let me know he was on a call and it would be about 10 mins. Perfect. huge difference!! 10 mins turned into 20. 20 into 30. Atmosphere: Very clean minus the horribly stained seats in the waiting area. The security officer is always nice and greets customers in a friendly manner Tellers: Always polite and courteous. Typically very efficient, not wasting time on non sense. My issues: I set an appointment to open a business account. The day comes, i check in 15 mins early.
