Been banking with U.S. Bank for six months, without exception, great every time. Have dealt with other banks for many years, none have measured up to U.S. Bank.
i'd give zero stars if i could. the security guard harasses local community regularly and tries to find everything they can about you when all you're trying to do is read the beautiful mural and enjoy the palm trees and community, or whats left of it after he's ran everyone off. horrible service horrible bank.
Very wide-open office. I was enthusiastically greeted by multiple people. The available clerk, quickly motioned for me to her window, for a seamless transaction. Low security. Don't get too comfortable if/when withdrawing large amounts.
I had a terrible experience yesterday, as I was trying to get a cashier's check to pay a vendor from a school fundraiser. I brought in small bills in two ziplock bags and was treated as if I were trying to commit a crime. They interrogated me as to how "weird" it was that I was trying to get a cashier's check with money from a bag and to exchange small bills into larger bills.
