This is a pathetic branch with rude customer service from Anasheh who is the manager at this location. Here is my experience. Saved up some money as a teacher, and decided to open a money market account with US bank to earn some interest. I spent one month going around trying to get in touch with a wealth management agent while everyone said they will take my information and get back soon. I'm never coming to this branch again. There's a specific teller, Hellman Avak Yantz, who if you're unfortunate enough to get, will ask you probing questions and put an unnecessary hold on your checks. I deposit $100,000 from my wealth account at Merrill Lynch into my business checking account. This transaction has been going on for many months, and there's a history of it on my profile and no problems ever with the checks not clearing. I have to wait in line for like 15 to 20 minutes they never said anything to me No hi no I'll be right with you sir just plain blew me off. I'll definitely never go to this place again.
Best bank ever, manager is so nice and helpful.
Worst bank service i've ever experienced. They've lost some of my money, locked me out of some of my own accounts, sent wire transfers to wrong locations (despite me approving addresses and account numbers), and they actively dodge calls. Dont use this bank.
