My second try at having a phone call appointment was successful, so no complaints now
No one answers the phone. Even scheduled an appointment to be called, and no one called.
I tried reaching out to this bank multiple times in regards to a transaction that i knew was fraud and tried to get resolved. I had scheduled a video call two weeks ago and no one called me or tried to reach out about it after i waited nearly an hour as i planned for it. I then received a call saying my account got locked out due to the fraud a WEEK later and the account is getting shut down. I'm dissapointed in how this was handled and i guess they must not really care.
This place was very nice! Emily was so incredibly friendly and helpful! They even had little dog bones for the fur babies! I highly recommend this bank!
Absolutely phenomenal service today at this branch! I was helped by Emily, and she absolutely knocked it out of the park! She was inundated with customers, and still was able to effectively and satisfactorily do her job above and beyond! This is my home branch, and I made the mistake of visiting the branch on Chester for convenience of other stores in the area. After receiving horrendous service there, I came back to my home branch.
