This bank isn't a real bank, because according to the employee, they are a cashless bank. What?!?!? He said I could get cash out of the ATM. I wanted more than my ATM limit, and they don't have cash. What kind of bank doesn't have cash?
I’m honestly dumbfounded at how atrocious my experience at this US Bank branch was. I walked in and asked to close my checking account. Pretty simple, right? I then watched the banker Enrique fumble around for the next 40 minutes while he tried to close my account. New customer here. I recently switched after being a Chase for over 20 yrs. I had to come in to handle an extremely urgent matter. My hopes were not high. I was immediately welcomed by Julio and another friendly staff member. Since this was a complicated matter of sorts and I am a new customer Julio promised to do whatever was possible. The ATM in the office building ate my cash, but it did not appear in my account. It's been half a month. There's no money and no answer. No one can help me, although I have a check on cash deposit. Do not use the services of this bank. They are either incompetent or dishonest, one of the two. Upd. - Your answer here is absolutely useless, since the situation has not changed even after using the solution you have proposed.
