The customer service I received today reminded me why I don’t bank here. I was met with attitude and indignation without little offering of information behind the rules when I tried to make a deposit for my son. I have advised him to bank somewhere else.
Best banking experience ever. I moved to the lake 3 years ago and started banking with US Bank in Osage Beach. I have had nothing but pleasant and favorable interactions with the staff through the years. I do mostly online banking but have needed to go into the bank several times and everyone has always been friendly and helpful. Today was another example as well.
