The absolute worst bank I have ever had the misfortune to deal with in my entire life. I have banked with them for 20 years and their ATM recently took $460 of mine then printed out a receipt telling me there was an error with the ATM and it did not deposit my money. I went into speak with somebody as well as speaking to someone on customer service over the phone who informed me I would have to wait 10 to 45 days before I got my money back. Tried to call the bank lobby to see if anyone turned in an item I possibly left there. Tried calling and never got to speak to anyone due to the freaking automated answering. Was on the call three different times and never got to the point to speak to someone. The system kept asking me why or what help I needed and when I finally tricked the system after putting in my last four numbers of my soc # and my pin. Then when I was able to get someone it was to late as the bank was closed. So no succes please allow your system to b... read more
