US Bank is great, but the only problem I have and it is a huge problem is they are very far and few between, with a name like us she think there would be way more branches but there isn't, I do not want to change Banks but I may have to because they are so far in few between and that would be the only reason I've been holding out for a long time and I'm hoping I can still hold out and stay with us bank
I was not impressed with this branch. I wanted to open a new checking account. I walked up to the teller and asked to sign up for an account. She told me it was by appointment only. After my husband had been to the same building a week earlier and opened an account without making an appointment. She said I'm sorry we must have enough fully staffed that day. From what he told me it took 10 minutes or less. There were 4 employees in there and none of them were busy. Except looking at their cell phones. Michelle Compton was rud... read more
