Pete Alfonso is an excellent banker who was the only one that could solve my problem with a false case of fraud on my account after trying with various departments and branches of US Banks. I was considering switching banks because of the huge headache that I was experiencing with my account but having Pete be an accessible banker I always can go to to have my problems fixed every time has locked me in as a customer with US Bank.
