Oh my gosh never had this bad experience, calling more than 9 times, diferent times and they never answer, only answer machine, this location in City Of Industry needs to have an operator , doubting in opening an account with this Bank.

The front desk ambassador was very arrogant and tried to take advantage of my dad's language barrier. Our family has been a member of US Bank for more than ten years, and we've never experienced this kind of attitude at any other bank except this one. My dad was trying to close his safe deposit box, but the front desk agent made the process unnecessarily difficult.
