This Bank deserves 0 stars but I have to leave one star to continue. Very disappointed with the treatment my niece and I received during a transaction by the manager Patrick and the teller. The manager pulled my niece aside and told her we looked suspicious which is insulting. Both the manager and teller were disrespectful. We felt racially profiled, judged wrongly and humiliated. Had an appointment, the banker never showed up, and had to wait half an hour to be seen
Oh my gosh never had this bad experience, calling more than 9 times, diferent times and they never answer, only answer machine, this location in City Of Industry needs to have an operator , doubting in opening an account with this Bank.
Very good experience got in a few minutes later I did what I came for to open up new checking account
