The front desk ambassador was very arrogant and tried to take advantage of my dad's language barrier. Have to jump through hoops to get a business account opened here. Even an in-person appointment with all the documents and then multiple emails with different agents who are apparently too busy to finish setting up your account means the burden becomes on yourself to follow up and push it along in order to meet the deadline for the new account sign-up bonus.
