Had an appointment, the banker never showed up, and had to wait half an hour to be seen
Oh my gosh never had this bad experience, calling more than 9 times, diferent times and they never answer, only answer machine, this location in City Of Industry needs to have an operator , doubting in opening an account with this Bank.

The front desk ambassador was very arrogant and tried to take advantage of my dad's language barrier. Our family has been a member of US Bank for more than ten years, and we've never experienced this kind of attitude at any other bank except this one. Have to jump through hoops to get a business account opened here. Even an in-person appointment with all the documents and then multiple emails with different agents who are apparently too busy to finish setting up your account means the burden becomes on yourself to follow up and push it along in order to meet the deadline for the new account sign-up bonus.
