Great bank, great people. Very knowledgeable. They have good rates on savings and they take care of me as a customer.
The people that work at US Bank Branch are friendly & accommodating. They are personable & professional.
This branch used to be open til 4:30 Monday through Friday and open til noon on Saturdays. It's very hard to get to the local branch (I don't always want to use the atm). I like doing things in person instead. It's a huge inconvenience for me because I have to drive to cedar rapids to see a banker in person (because I work until 4) and that's when the bank closes in Vinton. I wish they were open on Saturdays again until noon. It was so nice when they were open on Saturdays and closed at 4:30 during the week.
I honestly can't say enough good about this bank and the staff that works there. Ms Mary has been there at least a decade I know, and greets everyone on a first name basis with a welcoming smile and cheerful voice. Kassi is always willing to help a customer out despite the demanding responsibilities that come with her job title. She's quick to return emails, and get to the bottom of any issue that is presented her way.
