USBank website is never working. Impossible to get a small credit card bill paid. Will have to go into the bank to pay this. It has for several months said " We're having problems on our end . Please try again later." But the problem is never resolved.
Worst bank in town. Staff is always unpleasant and unwilling to put in any effort to help customers. I have only gone there to assist an elderly family member with a long-standing account at this location. Every time the staff just wanted us to leave and didn’t care to be helpful. I would never open an account there. There are many other banks in Rice Lake, I can’t see how any could possibly be worse than this one. Go to RCU instead.
Fraud charges were denied, was hung up on by a customer service representative, after opening a new account because of fraud US Bank closed it with no warning and with there being 0 claims of anything wrong. Those are just a few reasons not to bank at US Bank.
Been 3 weeks with locked accounts, bills didnt get paid on time and all charged late fees. Bank holds money for extended periods of time, has limits on accounts, the customer service is a joke run around waiting game. The mobile app wont let me make deposits and nobody can fix it or has any answers......find a different bank...run away
