Updated review 10 April 2026 Added one star as they've returned to more normal operations and hours. Generally only use the drive thru for cash deposits. The majority of transactions are done online including check deposits, Billpay and Zelle transfers. Original review prior to COVID19 rated 3 stars. Inconsistent customer service. During Covid19 the lobby was closed, understandable, however drive thru hours were reduced as well making it nearly impossible to bank if you worked days. I've been working with US Bank for over 9 years now. The staff is always professional and courteous.
They did not know how to do a wire transfer overseas. Three couples from three different states are going on a trip. All three of us came into our respective banks with the EXACT piece of paper with all the directions from the travel agent. The other 2 wire transfers went through, mine did not. Thankfully I got my money back, but now have to pay extra to use my credit card.
