We have been banking over 25 years at this branch. Our money market account went plummeted to .05% which is unheard of. I should have been paying much closer attention to this but I also had more trust in this branch. Just got off the phone with Aaron and he could have cared less about the issue.

Updated review 10 April 2026 Added one star as they've returned to more normal operations and hours. Generally only use the drive thru for cash deposits. The majority of transactions are done online including check deposits, Billpay and Zelle transfers. Original review prior to COVID19 rated 3 stars. Inconsistent customer service. During Covid19 the lobby was closed, understandable, however drive thru hours were reduced as well making it nearly impossible to bank if you worked days.
