My parents have been banking at this location since it used to be Downey Savings back in the 1970s. I’ve gone into the branch a couple of times, and it’s usually very quiet without that many people inside. So sometimes there is a bit of a wait for service. But the staff is friendly. It’s nice that they provide calendars and red envelopes for Chinese New Year.
Good experience
We've been banking here since before it was a USBank; it was Downey then. Individualized banking. Always friendly, know you by sight, never a hassle over anything. Safe deposit boxes. Easy parking, easy in and out. Why would anyone want to go to any other bank?
