I don’t know what has happened in the past year but this branch went from being amazing to absolutely horrible!! No one knows who you are anymore, no one looks happy to be there, they aren’t open when they say they’re open, the up-keep looks terrible! It feels like no one cares anymore. And that’s just this branch! US bank as a whole has made changes to accounts receiving interest with no warnings and were unwilling to be honest about it
