I'm seeing all these negative reviews for this branch location, which does NOT match my experience! I often go to this branch even though it is further from my home, simply because the people here are so nice to me! I've always felt welcome and appreciated by everyone I have interacted with at the 14th/Wilshire branch. They also seem to be friendly towards each other, which I feel contributes positively to the overall service. Literally the worst bank experience one could ever have. It took my going in there THREE TIMES, and calling over 10 times for them to close my account and give me my money back. WORST BANK EVER.
Horrible customer service. Asked to withdrawal money and they only offered $20’s as they were “out of money”. Don’t waste your time with this location.
I had a fairly complicated estate issue to deal with and the two people I interacted with at the bank were both very helpful and professional. I have now been to this branch a half dozen times, and each time I have been impressed with the quality of the people who work there. I made appointments online to meet with bankers, and each time there were available within a few minutes of the appointed time. I see that many of the reviews were from a year ago or longer.
