Discriminatory and Rude Treatment by the Branch Manager I visited this U.S. Bank branch today on August 18th at 3:00pm for a scheduled appointment to open a business account. Unfortunately, I left feeling disrespected and discriminated against by the manager handling my appointment. I was missing only one document an Operating Agreement, which I could have retrieved and brought back within five minutes. This bank is completely incompetent and mismanaged our account. The manager is unprofessional and rude.
Last time I went a guy stared at his broken computer screen for 20 minutes before directing me to a lady to help who was semi rude and said she couldn’t help because I didn’t have enough paperwork. As slow and unhelpful as a bad rated dmv. All other locations are great though.
You think you schedule an appointment and you will be helped? Oh, no silly! I had a confirmed 12:00 PM Monday 05/11/2026 appointment. My partner - a loyal customer since 1999 was there since before 12:00, waited in the lobby, and no one approached her (the bank was almost empty, literally 2 more people in the lobby).
