I became a customer at Union Bank in 2013, and then US Bank bought the bank, a customer for 12 years. I deposit my checks every week at the bank, no problem, there was one incident when a teller asked me for my CA drivers ID (never been asked this before) and felt like I was being treated like some sort of criminal. WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE EVER! I am a C corp business owner. I came into this branch to open a business account. The BRANCH MANGER LILITH AVAGYAN NMLS ID : 765541 WAS VERY RUDE. She asked me what am I doing in the branch. When I told her I'm here to open a business account. She told me African-Americans ARE NOT WELCOMED HERE and I should leave. Awful experience with them and their ATM machine . The teller was very dismissive to me and my situation , didn’t show any empathy to me he shooed me away from him window like I was trash. I cannot wait till my issue is resolved I am leaving US Bank. I’ve been with you guys for over 15 yrs and have never had the treatment i received on July 3rd at 9:47am.
The worst experience I’ve ever had in US bank. I’m a US bank customer for over 20 years and never had such a bad experience as today at this branch location. Today all I asked for is to withdraw some money from my account and I asked to have bills without any stamps or marks. The teller made such a big full of it so she called the manager. Every time I’m at this branch - they tell me there’s a minimum to pull. When I try to pull the minimum they don’t have it. As soon as I walk in there’s a lady that always tells the teller not to give me more than 1.5k. I’m a business owner and this sucks. It delays paying my employees. I wish there was a standard so I don’t keep running into this issue
