0 stars for Andres M. Very rude and loud. I tried to ask about cashing a US Bank check and the goal was to open an account this day. He yelled out the large amount of the check from my employer so all the customers in line can hear and said "NO WAY AM I CASHING THIS CHECK!" Mind you my employer is a government agency who unfortunately uses US Bank. I was so embarrassed that I left in tears with him exposing my information and embarrassing me with his berating behavior.
