Anyone who has a problem with the Encino branch on Ventura Blvd. is someone who has caused the problem. Everyone including Mary (currently out on leave), Anna, Rozanna and others, are friendly, helpful, sincere and and dream employees that I would love to have working on my team.

Deposit money in atm and got a receipt saying error malfunction. Now have to wait until they audit the machine to get my money which takes 14 days . As soon as I get my money back im taking all my funds to my credit union bank which I have no problems at depositing money . Us bank is a joke
Fast and easy I think is the best US bank in Southern California especially Mary the teller very fast and very friendly. Thank you U.S. Bank.
